When you move out, we conduct a walk-through inspection and compare the property's condition to the Move-In Inventory and Condition Form that was completed at the start of your lease. Normal wear and tear is expected and will not be charged against your deposit. However, damages beyond normal wear and tear — such as holes in walls, broken fixtures, stained carpet, or unauthorized alterations — may result in deductions.
